Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing to on-boarding and staff training
  • Manage communications to key stakeholders, ensure timely and accurate updates on status and feedback
  • Participate in projects relating to career fairs /recruitment activities to strengthen and develop company's employment brand
  • Update and review recruitment metrics and make data driven decisions towards further efficiency
  • Work closely with departments to provide support on staff management matters to achieve optimal and effective staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, legal and internal recruitment processes and standards
  • Perform clerical duties such as Data Entry, Photocopying and Filing
  • Other job related or ad-hoc duties
  • Preparation of daily & monthly reports

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any related field or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years of HR/Recruitment experience preferred
  • Familiar with HR practices in Singapore and versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Singaporean only
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record in sourcing for passive candidates
  • Good time management and prioritization capabilities, with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision  
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
