Responsibilities

• Handling of full recruitment process, which includes job posting, actively sourcing of candidates, screening of resumes, conducting interviews and scheduling interviews.
• Responsible for administering end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Preparation of HR-related documentation, such as Appointment Letter, Certification of Employment, Exit Clearance Letter, etc
• Preparation of monthly HR reports for the management and respective teams

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree and above
• Guidance will be provided
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Willing to learn
• Strong desire to excel
