Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen for suitable candidates via various job portals like JobStreet, LinkedIn and the in-house system
• Ensure proper registration of job applicants
• Schedule, co-ordinate and interview candidates
• Identify opportunities for Business Development and build rapport with potential clients through cold calling.
• Perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs
• Any other duties as assigned

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• The company allows you to leave at 5pm on Fridays upon achieving KPI
• One hour Flexi lunch

Location:

• Shenton Way
• 5 - 10 minutes’ walk from Downtown MRT / Tanjong Pagar MRT

Salary Package:

• $1800 - $2500 (depending on qualification & relevant experience)
• Commission + Sales Incentives + Perfect Attendance Allowance
• Benefits include Birthday Leave and Education Sponsorship

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O' / 'A' Level / Diploma / Degree
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
• Applicants should have a cheerful and pleasant disposition.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel)
• Able to multi-task and be a team player
• Independent and self-motivated with  good working attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Applicants who can start work immediate will have added advantage.
• Applicants with CEI will have an added advantage.
