Role: Recruitment Consultant
Type: Perm Position (Inhouse role with ITCan)
This is pure Sourcing and IT Recruitment Role. Candidates with experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred.
Job Description -
• Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies for IT/Technical hires
• Implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
• Coordinate and see through the entire recruitment process
• Develop innovative strategies for talent pipelines in niche areas to support current and future needs of the business.
• Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources (if required)
• Diploma / Degree in Business/Human Resource or equivalent
• CEI Certified or Planning to do the CEI Certification
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience specializing in IT / Technology placements in Singapore
• Good track record in corporate and/or search firm, with a focus on sourcing strategy and stakeholder management
• Good experience in various job boards and talent sourcing channels
• Able to start work either immediately or within a short notice highly preferred
