Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform lead generation, identify new/potential business opportunities, and perform business development.
  • Regular follow-up with client to gather feedback and ensuring expectations are met.
  • To resolve all issues in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Handle Recruitment Assignments of existing and new clients/companies.
  • Interview and liaising with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirement.
  • Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary package.
  • Achieve set KPI.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma educational level or above.
  • Preferably with minimum 1 year relevant working experience in recruitment firm.
  • Possess CEI basic certificate is a must.
  • Candidates with strong motivation and good attitudes.
  • Confident, aggressive, performance driven and self-motivated.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and team player.
