Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment materials and post job advertisements on job and career portals
  • Screen job applications and resumes
  • Seek out candidates via social media and job portal database 
  • Interview, shortlist and follow-up on suitable candiates
  • Onboard new recruits and follow through with company's HR and administrative procedures

Requirement:

  • Sales and target-orientated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter and motivated individual
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Diploma/ Degree in any field
