Recruitment Account Manager (3-months Contract / convertible)

Primary Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment
  • Daily recruitment of ICT Talents for projects and customers’ needs.
  • Propose selected candidates to Hiring Managers and/or customers.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and liaison with Institutions of Higher Learnings on job postings.
  • Strategize, develop, plan and execute the talent sourcing program to support the business revenue target.


  1. Customers and Staffs Relationship Engagement
  • Build relationships with customers and talents (staffs) through informal meetings, networking and team building activities.
  • Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly in order to convert them into sales.
  • Strategize, develop, plan and execute the talent sourcing program to support the project needs.


  1. Others
  • Perform regular review of the business processes and challenges, as well as, identify solutions to improve our business productivity.
  • Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

What we are looking for?

  1. A diploma, degree or professional qualification.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the ICT or Business Operations (Healthcare, Education, Science or R&D field) with good customer engagement expertise.
  3. Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed and result-oriented personnel.
  4. Quick learner and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.
  5. Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.
  6. A team player and able to work under pressure.
  7. Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  8. Looking for long-term career advancement within the company.
  9. Locals preferred.
