Recruiter (On-Job-Training provided)

• Perform full spectrum of recruitment function (include screening of job applicants, arranging of interviews, conduct interviews, making job offers) 
• Perform HR administrations - Prepare and administer Letter of Offer, Update HR records into system
• Work closely with companies to understand on their hiring needs and advice on recruiting the right talent
• Conduct on-site meetings / discussions with clients
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
