Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR Recruitment Cycle: advertising job openings, scouting, career fairs, filtering resumes, scheduling of interviews, interviewing and short-listing potential candidates
  • Support the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties such as employee engagement
  • Prepare and coordinate on daily interviews
  • On/off-boarding process such as new hires orientation, confirmation and exit interviews
  • Conduct orientations for new hires
  • Arrange and execute Community Outreach (CSR) events 
  • Update HR and Company policies as required
  • Drafting of contracts and offer letters
  • Other tasks as assigned by reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Outspoken and love to interact with people
  • Self-motivated to complete projects and ability to work well in a team
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about Martial Arts and/ or Fitness
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and is driven by numbers
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, i.e. Word and Excel
