Recruiter (5 Days/Basic +Attractive Commission + VB)
5 days work week
Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + attractive commission + variable bonus
What would you be doing:
- Identifying current and future hiring needs and developing strategies to target active and passive candidates in recruiting and business development.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Able to conduct market analysis and give insights about hiring trends in the market.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
- Provide interview feedback to the candidates; rejecting them, keeping them warm, or arranging next steps (where applicable).
To be successful, you would possess the following:
- Recruitment consultants highly preferred. In house Recruitment/ Talent Acquistion experience will also be considered.
- Full 360 recruitment experience including – cold calling, prescreening candidates, first round interviews, offer, reference checking, onboarding, etc.
- Experience of interviewing via face to face and phone.
- Passion in the "people" business
- Outspoken personality and loves to talk to people
