Job Description

  • To assist with the running of daily operations across all nodes (Fort Siloso, Sentosa Nature Discovery, Animals Encounter, Natural & Coastal Trails) in an efficient and effective manner
  • Manage the opening and closure of those assigned nodes
  • To facilitate guided tour programs across the nodes
  • Conduct checks on exhibits and trails to ensure all are in order
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and ensure cleanliness of assigned nodes is not compromised
  • Attend to guests’ needs at the nodes, i.e. way findings, sharing of program and information regarding the nodes etc.  
  • Perform daily operation check on equipments and facilities
  • Escalate operational issues to supervisor in a timely manner and work through with stakeholders on timely and appropriate solutions and preventive measures
  • Liaise with contractors / technician on the repair and maintenance of assigned nodes
  • Systematically gather feedbacks from team and contractors / technicians and report to supervisor to improve in operation and service standards
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in other duties assigned

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications and above with a good command of English
  • Outgoing with fun-loving and energetic personality
  • Team player with positive working attitude
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in service industry (e.g Retail, F&B, Hospitality) will be advantageous
  • Candidates with First-Aid Knowledge will be preferred
