Receptionist/PA - Concierge (East, Up to $3,500, Office Hours) - spccp

Salary: Up to $3500
Permanent Position with AL, VB
Working Location: East
- Attend to incoming calls, emails and webchats
- Attend to visitors and internal staff on inquiries
- Monitor stock inventory e.g. stationery, sundries and other pantry items
- Prepare purchase order for respective vendors /suppliers on ordered items
- Liaise with vendors / suppliers for order of pantry items and stationery
- Assist in office maintenance e.g. Liaise with building management, copier repair, toner order and etc.
- Assisting CEO on Travel arrangement and Hotels/ Air-tickets bookings
- Any other ad-hoc admin related duties
- Min. O Level and above
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience, would be advantageous if it is in an MNC
- Prior experience on Travel arrangement
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
