Job Description

This role requires you to handle both receptionist and administrative duties.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle receptionist duties
  • Manage courier and mails
  • Upkeep the reception area
  • Ensure office supplies are maintained
  • Handle administrative support duties

Requirements:

  • Possess strong experience in similar function handling receptionist and office duties.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good attitude
  • Able to commit for entire contract period of 3- 4 months 
  • NITEC/Diploma
