This role requires you to handle both receptionist and administrative duties.
- Handle receptionist duties
- Manage courier and mails
- Upkeep the reception area
- Ensure office supplies are maintained
- Handle administrative support duties
- Possess strong experience in similar function handling receptionist and office duties.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good attitude
- Able to commit for entire contract period of 3- 4 months
