Our client, a well reputed Private bank is currently hiring a Receptionist for their Singapore office.

The Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.
  • Answering all incoming calls and either redirect them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
  • Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.
  • Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.

The Profile

You have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional or financial services industry. You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are highly service oriented and deliver work that is of a high standard.
