Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Provide high-level professional secretarial and administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Receive calls and/or greet visitors, take and relay messages, respond to requests for information; provide information or direct caller/visitor to appropriate individual
  • Usher visitors to the office/meeting rooms and provide hospitality
  • Ensure the cleanliness of meeting rooms and pantry
  • Liaise with Facilities team for any office needs
  • Order all offices supplies including stationery; toner; water and pantry items
  • Arrange for incoming and outgoing courier
  • Administrative support assigned from time to time
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and project the Company’s professional reputation
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Represent Marina Bay Sands in a positive and professional manner

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum NITEC/GCE ‘O’, ‘N’ Level qualification and above or equivalent practical experience
  • Customer service experience is welcome
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work independently, meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Responsible, accountable and discreet with sensitive / confidential information
  • Possess a positive work attitude: committed, enthusiastic, outgoing, and helpful; be willing to learn, to participate and to assist others
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
  • Possess well groomed, professional appearance at all times
