Job Description

The candidate will be supporting General Office Department in the reception and administrative duties.

The Job Responsibilities include:

  • Concierge for all walk-in clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
  • Prepare refreshments or meals for meetings, including serving beverages during meetings
  • Liaise with vendor to replenish office, pantry supplies and/or corporate gift 
  • Daily mail and package collection and distribution to respective department
  • Liaise with local and international courier company to send documents and/or parcel to external parties correctly
  • Assist management in booking of flight tickets and/or hotels; making reservations for restaurants
  • Maintenance of all meeting rooms and board room bookings 
  • Assist in filing, scanning and photocopying important documents
  • Ensure that the reception and office area is tidy and presentable
  • Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level certificate preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in front office preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, some knowledge of Mandarin advantageous to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Meticulous and proactive working attitude with high ethical and integrity standards
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
