Receptionist Cum Admin / Tanjong Pagar / $1600-$2000
- Welcome, greet and registration of visitors and VIPs
- Offer services to visitors (not limited to direction to meeting rooms and general assistance including booking of taxi services for visitors only) and any related reception works
- Alert host/ staff on the arrival of visitors
- Assist in meeting rooms bookings and set up, when required
- To ensure reception area and nearby meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times by coordinating with cleaning supplier
- To assist to receive applications/ requests for access cards for visitors, staff, vendors and contract/temp. staff as well as the return of all access cards, where needed
- To review the records on access cards to ensure accuracy and ensuring the access cards are ready in time for collection on scheduled dates
- To keep all the access cards under lock and keys at all times
- To verify and account for all fines for lost cards collected and hand over to Finance Ops.
- Ordering of all print supplies, stationery, distilled water, gifts/ flowers and pantry items according to scheduled dates and budget
- Act as a point of contact for emergency issues and incident escalation for reception, administration and facility related matters.
- Any related administrative works when required.
- Min O level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience as admin / receptionist
- Contract role (1 year reewable)
- Proficient in MS Words, computer literate
- Able to commence work within short notice period
- Working location: Tanjong Pagar
- Working hours, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
