Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform front desk reception duties such as answering phone calls, screening, taking message and redirecting all incoming calls to respective personnel.
  • Attending to all visitors
  • Co-ordinating for courier services and maintain courier records
  • Travel arrangement and management (including flight, hotel, visa application)
  • Maintain general document filing system
  • Handle courier service documentation/ record
  • Provide administrative support to designated personnel as may be required

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • GCE 'N' / ‘O’ levels or equivalent with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.    
  • Proficient in English with pleasant disposition, good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  • Working knowledge of PABX switchboard
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task with basic knowledge of MS office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
