Job Description:

  • Business: Law
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Attend to incoming despatch and clients
  • Check incoming fax as well as general email address, reply simple email
  • General maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment
  • Ensure office supplies and stationeries are in stock (esp: photocopy machine)
  • Handle simple paper work: prepare letter, photocopy documents, data entry
  • Other ad-hoc task assigned
  • Location: North and Central
  • Salary range: $1,800-$2,200
  • Temporary (1 month) to Permanent position - must able to complete 1 month temp, if good will convert to permant placement.

 Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean or residents ONLY, no quota for foreigner
  • Min O-level, must be good in english
  • Good communication skills, pleasant personality
  • Able to multitask, adaptable with good focus
  • Able to take in high volume of work with fast typing speed
  • Able to start work within short notice/immediately would be preferred
