Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming Calls.
  • Attend to guest/s, register guest/s for visitor pass/s and ensure that all guest/s completes the safety video presentation
  • Management of incoming/outgoing mails/parcels, documents etc.
  • Ensure cleanliness of meeting rooms and manage meeting room bookings upon request.
  • Manage stationary purchases and other office admin support.
  • Liaise with company’s corporate appointed travel agency for multiple-route urgent travel bookings
  • Administrative duties such as data entry, enrolment of courses for employees and coordinate with learning service providers for any changes, postponement, cancellation etc.
  • Monitor Surveillance monitors and assist in door access when required

 

Requirements:

  • Min. O levels
  • Preferably with front desk, concerige or receptionist experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Pleasant and presentable
