  • Clerical Duties like data entry, documentations etc.
  • Handling phone calls and enquiries from customers
  • Ensure that reception area is tidy and presentable, with the necessary stationery and materials (e.g. brochures, forms) present
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, as well as over the phone and email
  • Maintain visitor logs and perform ad-hoc administrative duties, as directed

Job Requirements

  • Min. O levels and above
  • Prior Receptionist experience would be an advantage
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice would be an advantage
