Job Description

Company: 5 star hotels in Singapore

Working environment (including highlights): Five-star hotels (catering department and front desk customer service department)

Position: Reception customer service officer * 5

Duties:

Reception customer service officer:

·        welcome and greet guests

·        answer and direct incoming calls

·        inform guests of hotel rates and services

·        make and confirm reservations for guests

·        ensure proper room allocation

·        register and check guests in

·        confirm relevant guest information

Primary requirement: Able to communicate fluently in English. Positive appearance.

Other requirements: Those have hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Salary structure: Basic salary of $1300 - 1400 (depending on experience and English level) + Fixed allowance $400-500

Working hours: 44 hours per week, work 5-6 days, 2 shifts

Work location: To be determined

Accommodation: Provide the working meals. No accommodation provided
