R&D Engineer (Up to $5500 / East / Consumer Electronics) -spslip

• Salary: Up to $5500 + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support new product development and engage in multiple aspects of R&D and project management.
• Research & Develop Electrical & Electronic solutions including PCBA & firmware.
• Conduct project feasibility including physical test and assessment.
• Perform product development projects scoping activities according to management requirements 
• Liaise with external institutes for product delivery & innovation.
• Manage and fulfil project deliverables.
• Conduct and provide data analysis and project progress report.
• Propose and recommend new technology development roadmap.
• Develop business case for implementing new technologies.
• Conduct experimental runs for new product development and commercialize the product.
• Transfer product knowledge and technical data during the scale up process for mass production.
• Validate the product performance to meet product specification
• Provide technical support to resolve quality issues 
• Responsible for preparation and maintaining engineering documentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience 
• Experience in PCB design and use of layout software
• Experience using CAD software
