- Management of Fleet and employees
- Monitor driver behaviour and ensuring high level of customer service.
- Implement, enforce SOPs and policy changes.
- Experience in handling a team of more than 150 drivers.
- In depth knowledge of operations
- Development Fleet Strategies
- Maintain good working relationships with company customers.
- Ensuring KPIs are met.
Requirement:
- More than 2 years of fleet/driver management
- Candidates with prior working experience in operations team for any courier delivery services.
