Quantity Surveyor (West, Subcon, 5 days)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly claims
• Filling and manage contract document
• Handle tender submission
• Liaison with main contractors, sub-contractors and other parties involved the projects
• Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for construction
• Ensure all claim be submitted and certified on time
• Source and compile quotation and prepare cost analysis
• Update progress report and keep boss well informed

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Willing to travel to construction sites when required
