Quantity Surveyor (Junior)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for tender preparation and product costing.
• Responsible for administration of contracts and sub-contracts documentation.
• Final accounts and project progress and post mortem cost analysis
• Responsible for promptly submission of progress claims and reports.
• To liaise with site personnel, vendors, consultants and/or subcontractors for all project matters.
• To responsible for all others related or ad-hoc duties as and when directed.

 

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Min 2 years relevant experience in preferably structural quantity surveying
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, planning softwares an added advantage .
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills.
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
• Singaporean, PR only
