Quantity Surveyor - Interior Design / Central / Up to $3600

√ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 5.45pm

√ Basic Up to $3600

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to review all tender documents
• Produce measurement within targeted time
• Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration
• Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation
• Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
• Prepare list of bidders for procurement-bid invitations, comparison, cost analysis, negotiation, and awarding contract agreement to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 2 year experience in from corporate office design is added advantages
• Familiar with and able to support in tendering and post contracts process
