Quantity Surveyor for Tender Projects (Station in HQ)

Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as a quantity surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender and various main building contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalization(depends on availability)
• Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
• Assist Project Manager in procurement and sub-contracting matters
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors and supplier.

Requirements

• With at least 2 years’ working experience in Quantity Surveying
