QUANTITY SURVEYOR ($3k to $5K/ A1 Main Con)

• A1 Main Con
• Salary $3,000 to $5,000 subject to experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform QS duties during pre and post contract
• Procurement administration of projects
• Preparing letter of award and contract documents
• Handling subcontractor’s claim and supplier’s payment & settlement of final accounts with consultants/sub-contractors/Suppliers.
• Involve in preparing regular cost reports including maintenance budget cost controls.

Requirement:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in QS or Building Construction
• Relevant QS experience with main contractor
