General/ Support Staff  -  Salary *Minimum Hourly rate: $9 (Diploma) $13 (Degree)

Working Days & Hours 5-day work week, 9am – 6pm

Mandatory Skills GCE O Levels of B4 and above

Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements

(1) Proficient with computer skills eg MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT

(2) Ability to write fairly well to be able to manage drafting standard interim replies to refer cases to our other Healthcare Institutions and Stake Holders

(3) Ability to write meeting minutes with guidance from QS Executives within the team

(4) Strong capability to collate data for monthly, quarterly reports for the QS Team

(5) Has strong interest to learn fast on the job and contribute to the strong operations of the QS team in MOH-HQ. Learns fast and has an inquiring mind to continually better herself or himself
