Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Assurance team of IQC, OQC, IPQ, SQE CQE, RQE for the factory,
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure incoming parts are meeting the customer specifications and requirement.
• Support and monitor the MRB activities (RTV, material aging, cost incur etc.) & its status
• Monitoring cost and inventory level for RMA parts.
• Monitor and continually improve suppliers’ material quality performance.
• Resolve and close quality issues during manufacturing
• Lead and support customer audit, company ISO implementation
• Attend quality meeting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to handle customer complaint and resolve quality issue
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking
