Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization quality system including ISO document controller, Update QM and WI Coordinate with Corporate QM team
  • Support Enterprise activities 
  • Maintain risk register and work closely with corporate ERM team 
  • Support BCM exercise such as call tree and fire drills
  • Assist in corporate governance matters
  • Coordinate audits both internal and external (ISO9001/14001)
  • Conduct reviews to ensure compliance
  • PA to GM to assist in his scheduling and meetings
  • Maintain GM's calendar and arrangement of meetings

Knowledge/ Skills/ Competencies Required (if applicable)
  • Diploma in Business administration or equivalent, GCE "A"/"O" or NITEC
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience as a PA and office admin
  • Basic understanding of quality system - ISO9001
  • Knowledge of ERM and BCM will be an advantage
  • Experienced in filing and documentation
  • Systematic and meticulous to ensure proper maintenance of quality system
  • Ability to multi-task necessary for coordinating activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English - ability to communicate effectively in speaking and writing
  • Team player with a positive attitude
