Job Description

  • Monday – Friday (9.15am – 6.45pm)
  • Up to $2900

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly report any calls detected with potential quality issues (e.g. misrepresentation, fraudulent) to Management.
  • Prepare, track and send QA related reports to the management and team (NMD, SQ monthly, Penalty points table)
  • Keep track on all the status of QA cases from beginning to end process and provide update to management
  • Review 15 closed sales calls per day.
  • Report potential serious call quality issues immediately to Team Managers and/or escalation to Sales Manager for action and monitor correction of errors
  • To record into master file excel report for all QA cases audited
  • Ensure that Team manager closes case with investigation findings/ comments/ action taken to ensure all flagged cases are completed within T + 2 days
  • Ensure all QA forms are duly signed by agent and Team manager with T + 2 days
  • To ensure all QA forms are neatly filed into the QA folders
  • Email to Team manager before lunch to confirm daily submission errors
  • Update and email New Management’s Decision (NMD) report for all stakeholder timely review
  • Update and email the latest Penalty points table to the team
  • Update and improvise service quality deck to meet business need from time to time.
  • Email to Team manager and ASD admin the finalized penalty points
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties. ( Transcripts, briefing session on QA issues)
  • Sharing of QA findings and role play with new hires.
  • Submit GI code application of new hires to Group Compliance for their approval.
  • Submit IT systems (i.e. Dialer/ Email/ LAN/ Manual ID) to ASD IT admin for new hires
  • Update or design QA form as required from the management

Requirements:

  • Certified with BCP/PGI
  • Proficieny in Mandarin to handle Mandarin calls
  • Experience in Telesales environment preferred
  • Familiar with General Insurance products
