Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee overall production processes, quality and safety of food products at Central Kitchen & all outlets
  • Work closely with Central Kitchen and outlet managers, supervisors and staff to maintain and improve existing quality control procedures and “troubleshoot” QA related production problems as they arise
  • Develop and review quality and safety policies
  • Conduct and manage regular inspections and audits
  • Conduct investigations on customers’, outlets’ and Central Kitchen’s feedback
  • Monitoring product integrity and conducting product testing
  • Validate that all products were made in compliance with SOPs of the company
  • Ensure that all activities conform to HACCP, ISO & AVA/NEA guidelines
  • Responsible for the training, supervision and evaluation of QA personnel
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments
  • Supervise and oversee all quality assurance matters

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science or food-related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial position
  • Meticulous and possess analytical skills to detect and resolve issues
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates about QA related production problems)
  • Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative and well organized
  • Strong management, leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Be a team player that motivates and educates other team members
