QA Automation Support Engineer @ Tanjong Pagar (5 Days)

Responsibilities:

• Work together with Lead Engineer to resolve complex technical issues
• Take ownership and drive effective closure to complex or escalated technical issues
• Work with business stakeholders to identify, propose, prioritize, automate and execute test plans and test cases
• Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and triaging issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating the testing status to everyone
• Manage and maintain the releases of our mobile apps. Help to ensure that every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality
• Create and support test and release pipelines in our CI, build monitors and test reporting
• Work closely with product analyst and developers in an agile environment
• Participate in system testing and manage UAT
• Generate ad-hoc reports from live system upon client’s request
• Maintain constant performance towards company key performance indicator (KPI)

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma in IT or similar qualification
• Familiar with development technologies (any one of ASP or ASP.NET) is a must
• Familiar with database technologies (any one of SQL Server or MySql)
