Reporting to the General Manager, incumbent will be fully responsible for the smooth operation of the Department in the sourcing of quotations and purchasing items for all Departments and Kitchen.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Hotel related industry.
- Able to handle both Goodwood Park Hotel and York Hotel purchasing related matters.
- Possess excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Able to do tender for projects / renovations.
- Knowledge on market trends
- Must be pro-active.
- Mature personality.
