Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, incumbent will be fully responsible for the smooth operation of the Department in the sourcing of quotations and purchasing items for all Departments and Kitchen.



  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Hotel related industry.
  • Able to handle both Goodwood Park Hotel and York Hotel purchasing related matters.
  • Possess excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Able to do tender for projects / renovations.
  • Knowledge on market trends
  • Must be pro-active.
  • Mature personality.
