Job Description

  1. Primary responsibilities
     
    1. To be responsible for the effective liaison with suppliers on purchase.
    2. To ensure correct and timely delivery of goods and services to the Hotel. 
    3. To actively participate in the conduct of market survey on pricing of stock
    4. To coordinate with the suppliers on discrepancy quantity ordered and quantity delivered.
    5. To advise/instruct receiving staff on the acceptance/rejection of the items when there is a discrepancy.
