Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Processing purchase requisitions according to standard operating procedures
  • Sourcing of required raw materials, parts components, services for purpose of production or in-house consumption
  • Negotiate terms of purchase with vendors, review and selection of quotations, prepare purchase orders and expedite delivery
  • Ensure purchases are made at prices consistent with both quality and quantity requirements
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Implementing QMS and controlling documents and records

   

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Purchasing or Procurement
  • At least 2 years of work experiences in administration and purchasing / logistics
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage
  • Positive working attitude, hardworking & willing to take up challenges
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • A team player who is meticulous with analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely when needed
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin and good telephone communication skills - to liaise with various associates
  • Being able to start work immediately would be an advantage
