Job Advertisement:

You will be part of the team in inventory planning, organizing and managing sourcing and purchasing activities to meet customer’s and organization’s objectives. You are expected to identify, conduct vendor research and selection, monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance to service standards. You will also ensure quality of purchased products and compliance with Company’s quality standards.



  • Raise purchase orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery lead times, monitor & expedite delivery schedules
  • Ensure quality, shipping documentation and other logistics processes are in order
  • ·Responsible to maintain and keep up to date inventory data



  • Min. Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply too
  • Training will be provided
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (especially Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Resourceful, self-driven and independent worker
