The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Gathering business requirements, performing analysis, writing BRDs and Functional Specification for Development teams
• Preparing testing strategies, writing test cases and scripts, performing testing and co-ordinating UAT with the business users
• Acting as an interface between business stakeholder, internal teams, third-party vendors, development team and APS teams
• Providing regular updates to project sponsors and business stakeholders, organising project steering meetings and issuing meeting minutes
• Following up with development teams regionally/globally to establish IT solutions and ensure timely delivery of the IT Solution
• Pre-empting and escalating any risks/issues to management/steering committees in a timely manner
• Providing tactical solution to business in case of tight timelines and collaborating with different stakeholders to provide strategic solution
• Conducting trainings to Business Users and APS team before the functional project go-live and preparing support document on the wiki/SharePoint.

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience as IT Project Manager or Business Analyst, in the Banking industry
• Good functional knowledge on Financial Products (Fixed Income Derivatives/Equities Derivatives) is required
• You have functional Knowledge in Booking, Cashflow, Fixing, Payment/Settlement, P&L, Accounting
• You have business knowledge on F2B Trade Processing Chain
• You have basic knowledge on SQLs
• You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• You are analytical and have a problem-solving mindset
• You are able to confidently interact with a group of managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.
