Job Description

Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (BUILDING/CIVIL)

Job Responsibilities:-

A) Project Management Strategy & Delivery
- You will have overall responsibility for the effective implementation and successful completion of building projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost & quality.

- Organize project management process, define roles and responsibilities of different parties, identify various partners and channel to source the right talent for the project.
- Accurate and efficient scheduling considering all project variables and buffer time.
- Prepare and manage positive cash flows throughout project cycle.
- Manage and follow local Government Registration requirements.

- Create quality metrics as needed to control suppliers and onsite installation.
- Prepare project progress reports to accurately reflect site conditions, influence decision makers, and manage expectations of clients.
- Shall achieve the project targets whilst maintaining the indicated project organization as indicated in the processes, within both the group and the project’s safety policies, a quality of the project personnel involved and realize client satisfaction without compromising the company projects goals.
- Coach and develop the team to work together to problem-solve and improve efficiency.

B) Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Develop strong and positive relationships with all parties (client, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, internal QS and purchasing teams, governmental authorities, etc) and work closely with project team to ensure all project goals are achieved.
- Take responsibility to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and project team to manage expectations and improve scheduling, pricing and quality.

Job Requirements:-

- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent (must be recognized by BCA / PEB)
- Demonstrable experience in project management of high rise condominium projects, mix development, or LTA / PUB

- Good proven track record of managing projects of high quality, within schedule and under client’s budget.
- A problem solver with strong communication skills, able to engage the proper person to push processes along and continuously achieve completion milestones.
- A relationship builder with absolute business ethics and professional integrity.
