Project Manager (Residential)

Role

As Project Manager- Residential, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is executed by various vendors as per the design inputs and on time.

Responsibilities

• Understand drawings(2D/3D) of all disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc)
• Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks
• Validate drawings, BOQ & site
• Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies of various tasks
• Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely
• Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met 
• Give regular site updates to the customer and ID 
• Point of contact for customers during the project execution stage
• Updating of project trackers & summaries

Must have

• 3 years of residential interior renovations experience
• Must have worked 3-4 years as an Interior designer or Project manager in Residential Projects
• Must have experience in handling at least 20 Resale Condo and/or Resale HDB projects
• Have a deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations.
• Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions and foresee execution risks
• Proactive and capable of prioritizing work
• Extremely high level of ownership and learning aptitude
