The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Managing project scope, budget and planning, reporting on progress, in full compliance with the organization’s project management lifecycle and governance
• Coordinating and updating sponsors and users representatives, while managing their expectations
• Chairing meetings and committees with various stakeholders and contributors, IT, users, management, as needed during the execution of the project
• Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and escalating to management and sponsors whenever necessary, and without any delay
• Ensuring proper documenting of project deliverables, from both project and IT asset perspective
• Ensuring implemented project deliverables respect standards and are fully aligned and mutualized between sites and regions
• Maintaining good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders across the organization
• Consolidating business requirements, preparing migration and testing strategy consolidation and formal validation
• Coordinating the work of PMO and helping on project management tasks
• Centralising project information and status from all contributing teams and transversal teams

The Profile

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with 15 years experience as a Functional or Technical Project Manager, in the Banking Industry
• You have Core Banking systems knowledge and experience which includes transaction capture, settlement and accounting booking
• You have knowledge of financial products and on their underlying (Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products, Commodities, Mutual Funds), as well as corporate actions processing
• You have an understanding of payment and transaction settlement systems (SWIFT, SEPA, local domestic systems in Europe and in Asia)
• Strong proficiency with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc) is required.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You have strong product management skills with ability to analyse and solve problems efficiently
• You are able to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
