Job Description

Project Manager (Bungalow, Private Housing)

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Work as Project Manager to achieve operation's 3 KPIs (schedule, budget, quality)
Effective co-ordination and communication with respective internal departments for work execution to achieve the operation goals and company goals.
Co-ordinate with Sales department on the workscope and taking over the reins of  awarded project.
Involve cohesively with Technical department during design stage and optimise the
costing thru value engineering.
Work closely with Contract department for project budget preparation and seek management approval.
Advise in fabrication / construction method (break the items to small components and advise purchaser to source accordingly).
Act as bridge between purchaser / fabricator for interpretation of shop / fabrication drawing.
Submit project schedule/execution plan / method of construction / installation method.
Provide QAQC & EHS advice to meet authority requirements.
Review / work on project material list (will be assigned by General Manager by considering the complexity of the project).
Monitor and make recommendation for productivity / wastage control.
Monitor material procurement status / logistic arrangement at site.
Lead, motivate and drive his / her subordinates to complete the works within schedule, within budget and acceptable quality.
-To provide Tender/Sales support upon request by Sales and act as a member in a specific tender (construction method / fabrication method / technical and QA).
-To provide engineering support if required.
-To lead the team to perform final account with client and consultant.
