Job Description


  • Responsible for all aspects of project management for the successful completion of the Church’s building project
  • Ensure compliance to the project’s master schedule to bring the project to completion on schedule, review and evaluate contractor’s procedures, as well as conduct regular project cost review meetings with contractual parties
  • Liaise and manage all consultants and sub-contract tenderers, including monitoring of performance delivery in accordance to agreements
  • Manage procurement, payment, proper documentation and filing
  • Identify any defects to the completed works, review and inspect the completed works, and obtain approval for all building works and services



  • Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BIM modeling software
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and BIM modelling software
  • Ability to work beyond regular hours (e.g. meetings during weekends or nights) due to the nature of the building project
  • Staff will be stationed to work on the project site
