Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Account servicing and handle project independently
  • Submit site report, take over and handover site
  • Prepare quotation and job schedules
  • Arrange site briefing and safety induction
  • Prepare project budget and billing
  • Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
  • Arrange for pre-site inspection
  • Check for defects
  • Submit required documents to Landlord, building management or Authority
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Building/ Quantity Surveying
  • 5 years of relevant experience in retail fit out, construction, manufacturing or hospitality industry
  • Able to liaise with consultants, sub-contractors
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Candidate with overseas working experience will be an added advantage
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered for a Managerial position
