Job Description
1) Account Management
a) Contract Management
i) Ensuring that the contractual terms are abided to.
ii) Past dues management
iii) Ensure timely customer’s timely payment and issuance of invoices.
b) Answering to customer’s payment queries.
c) Enabler for process improvement activities
d) Contract negotiation and quotes on ad hoc jobs
2) Complaint Management
a) Perform deep dive to identify reason of complaint.
b) Develop action plan to ensure that the customers’ complaints are resolved
3) Coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
a) Ensures that a roadside assistance team is available to assist stranded vehicles on the road.
b) Integrate customers’ requirements with internal stakeholders
4) Reporting
a) Preparing of necessary reports on a quarterly basis for review with customers.
b) Generate and analyse data to prepare for presentations to key stakeholders.
c) Preparing of fleet status report and other daily reports daily
5) Other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned
