Project Engineer (Power System/Basic up to $4.5k/West/5days)

Basic salary up to $4.5k + Flexible benefits + VB + transport allowance

5 day work week (830am-545pm)

Location: Tuas

Company transport provided at designated location

Role & Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling

• Assist in co-ordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management.
• Review the scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment / machinery to ensure that all objectives of safety, completion time and profitability are met.

Technical Drawings

• Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants.

Market Information

• Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.
• Attentive to new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.

Customer Service

• Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with all relevant Departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.
• Follow up with after-sales service to customers.
• Maintain contacts with customers with regard to their present and future requirements.

Standard

• Assist in keeping up the Company’s long established good image by providing prompt and good service.

Quality

• Support the Quality philosophy by setting a personal example of high performance standard and comply with all its requirements.
• Comply with all ISO9002 documentation requirements and ensure procedures are adhered to.

Other duties

• Perform other duties as and when assigned.
• He will undertake any other responsibilities and assignments that may be entrusted to him from time to time.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 yrs of project management experience
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Good computer skills in MS Office
