Job Description

Project Director / Senior Project Director

Post 1 - Senior Project Director

Oversee the entire Safety operations to ensure 100% safety compliance, with direction and guidance from the Management.
Oversee the entire Project Management operations from conception to completion including handover to Clients including but not limited to quality, cost and budget management, with direction and guidance from the Management.
Lead and provide strategic and professional guidance to the Project Management Teams on matters in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements, including but not limited to dispute resolution.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities.
Reviews contract documents and assists with procurements, pre-bid conferences, and evaluations.
Recommends policy and procedure improvements.
Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
Report and escalate project progress to Management on timely manner.
Local project/contract management experience is vital for this role.
Any other duties that may be assigned

Degree / Master in Civil Engineering or Project Management or relevant field.
Proven at least 20 years of working experience in project management in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.


Post 2 - Interior Fit-out

Job Responsibilities:-
·        To lead, plan and manage a project team from inception to completion of project
·        Track project milestone and deliverables
·        Provide direction and support to the project team
·        Identify risk and provide appropriate mitigation strategies
·        Communicate to stakeholders on project progress and all other project matters
·        Manage and work closely with clients/ contractors
·        Main evaluator and appointed quality control in charge
·        To monitor manpower across all trades
·        All other duties as and when assigned.
·        Minimum Diploma and above
·        Experience in interior fit-out/ renovation works
·        Minimum 8 years of work experience with proven track record
·        Possess the drive and dynamism to work and lead a team of project staff
·        Ability to run projects within budget and schedule
·        Detail orientated, good acumen in management and resolution of technical issues and challenges
·        Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
