Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager to manage production and site operations
  • Communicate between clients and internal members regarding project details, including budget, estimates and timeline
  • Ensure all team members are properly equipped with necessary requirements and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to address and solve on-site issues, as needed
  • Understand safety, building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
  • Administer routine management reporting & updates


Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in interior décor industry
  • Meticulous and good planning and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Motivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team player
